Here is a new truck by HPI. called the Blitz. http://www.hpiracing.com/home/

Nothing too wildly innovative on the design but here is what I see as awesome about it. Traxxas (first to see the potential of a realistic dirt truck), AE, Losi, and HPI are now all producing a short course truck. Not sure if this class will replace the stadium truck class but it will be a good start to reviving electric off road. In my opinon this class will continue to grow if we will start a class with rules similar to stock stadium truck. Not to replace the traxxas spec class and maybe not until more racers show up or more to the point not until racers that already have trucks from Losi, AE, or HPI show up. I think it is inevitable so we need to all be willing to change or allow it.

Just my opinon or maybe just something I would like to see. Maybe just my hopes. Maybe BS and it will never happen........but I really hope it does.

They need a 4WD version.

If you want to go 1/16 scale it is a revo style chassis and 4WD. Not a bad truck although the bumps throw it around a bit. However they are not near as sketchy as 1/18 scale. In fact they handle exponentially better than 1/18 scale.

I watched some SC10s this past weekend. They had been setup well and handled like a dream.....or that is what it looked like watching them. Only bummer on the kit is that it is a RTR type kit. Doesnt have the Factory Team parts. I think I am going to wait to see if it takes off and if AE comes out the a FT SC10.
